The 1095 high-carbon steel blade holds an edge exceptionally well and is ideal for hunting, skinning, tactical, and heavy outdoor tasks. This steel is highly reactive and may darken or develop a patina when exposed to blood, moisture, or acidic substances. This is normal for high-carbon steel and does not affect performance.
