Order Status Definitions
Order Received
We've received your order and payment. Your order is being prepared for shipment.
Processing
Your order is being carefully packaged and prepared for shipment. This typically takes 1-3 business days for in-stock items.
Shipped
Your order has left our facility and is on its way to you! You should have received a tracking number via email.
In Transit
Your package is travelling through the carrier's network to your delivery address. Check your tracking number for detailed location updates.
Out for Delivery
Your package is on the delivery vehicle and will arrive today. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package if a signature is required.
Delivered
Your order has been successfully delivered! If you haven't received it, check with neighbors or your building's mail room.

Domestic Shipping (United States)
• Processing Time: 1-3 business days
• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
• Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
International Shipping
• Processing Time: 1-3 business days
• Shipping Time: 10-21 business days (varies by destination)
• Customs Clearance: Additional 2-7 days may be required
Custom Orders
• Production Time: 4-12 weeks, depending on complexity
• Shipping Time: Standard shipping times apply after production
Note: Timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.
International Orders
Customs & Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are collected by the carrier or customs authority upon delivery.
Customs Delays
Packages may be held at customs for inspection, which can add several days to delivery time. This is beyond our control, but we're happy to provide any documentation needed to facilitate clearance.
Tracking International Shipments
International tracking may have limited updates while the package is in transit between countries. Once it enters your country's postal system, tracking should update more frequently.
Delivery Issues
Package Not Received
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it:
- Check with household members or neighbours
- Look around your property (porches, side doors, garages)
- Check your building's mail room or front desk
- Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number
- If still not located, contact us within 48 hours
Damaged Package
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the packaging and any damage
- Do not discard the packaging
- Contact us immediately with your order number and photos
- We'll work with you to resolve the issue quickly
Wrong or Missing Items
If you received the wrong item or something is missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days with your order number and details. We'll make it right.
Tracking Not Updating?
Sometimes tracking information can take 24-48 hours to appear in the carrier's system after your shipping confirmation email. If your tracking hasn't updated after this period:
- Check that you're using the correct tracking number
- Try tracking directly on the carrier's website
- Wait 24 hours and check again (updates may be delayed)
- Contact us if there's no movement after 5 business days
