How Our Damascus Steel is Made:

Our Damascus is 100% genuine, never fake, etched, or printed. We forge it by layering 1095 high-carbon steel with 15N20 nickel steel, folding them multiple times to create 396 layers of beautiful, high-performance steel.

Once shaped, the blade is acid-etched: carbon steel darkens while nickel turns a soft, satin silver, revealing the rich, layered pattern Damascus is known for. We then polish the handle and sharpen the blade edge — the result is a stunning knife, ready for both use and display. If needed, the Damascus pattern can be re-exposed by carefully re-etching the surface with acid.
