D2 Tool Steel Blade Full Tang Construction Vacuum Hardened to 60-62HRC D2 Tool Steel is a high-carbon, high-chromium, air-hardening tool steel that is characterized by relatively high attainable hardness and numerous, large, chromium-rich alloy carbides in the steel. D2 provides an effective combination of wear resistance and toughness.

There is a slight offset to the blade grind, this can be seen when looking down the cutting edge with one eye open also there are some minor crack blemishes on the blade as well as on the spine of the handle. This sheath has been treated with mink oil to prevent corrosion of the steel, it will have a worn look and might have stains, but these are not defects

Tips to Care knife
1. NEVER STORE YOUR KNIFE FOR A LONG TIME IN A LEATHER SHEATH.
2. LEATHER CAN ABSORB WATER, WHICH WILL RUST THE KNIFE.
3. ALWAYS CLEAN THE BLADE AFTER USING WITH OIL OR WAX
