What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We use DHL, Fedex, UPS and USPS for all shipments. During checkout, you may choose between flat rate (slowest) and express (fastest) to determine a time in TRANSIT.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. You should see the available shipping options to your country as you go through checkout. If you get an error instead of a shipping option during checkout, please email us at agcutlery@gmail.com with your location and we will get it fixed.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

We package and ship your order as soon as possible. Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take several days to process. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. While we will do we can to ensure your order is delivered on time. AG Cutlery cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

Custom order can take unto 10 – 20 working days to dispatch.


What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept payment by Credit Card through PayPal. If you’re a caveman (or cave lady) without a credit card or PayPal and would like to pay via cash, check, or money order, contact agcutlery@gmail.com for info on alternate payment methods. Sorry, we don’t accept orders over the phone.

We strive to ensure that all transactions made at our AG Cutlery online shop are safe by using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software. How do I place an Order?
  1. Visit to our online shop here.
  2. Choose any category and pick any item you’d like to order.
  3. Review your orders in shopping cart and submit your order when it’s done.
  4. Your Order will be sent to us and to you to review again.
  5. You can pay the total by clicking “CLICK HERE TO PAY” on your orders detail page.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

To cancel or change an order, first check the status of your order to ensure that is has not already shipped. We begin to process orders immediately after they are placed. Any requests to change or cancel an order contact us immediately and we will attempt to accommodate your request based on the status of your order.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You do not need to have an account to place an order with AG Cutlery. You can simply shop, add items to the cart, and check out. When you place your order, you can provide an email address for order confirmations so you can track your order. Doing so will not set up an account, and it will not result in a subscription to email newsletters unless you choose to subscribe.

How Do I Track My Order?

to track your order, please click here and enter your order number and billing zip code. You will then be able to view all of your order and shipping details.

How Can I Return a Product?

Knives items may be returned must be in un-used and well packed for a full refund less shipping charges within 14 days. The refund will be given through the original method of payment. We cannot send cash refunds. It will go back onto the credit card or into the PayPal account that placed the order.
